Introducing our new GEN 2 AWD 2″ Lift Kit for the Ford Transit

  • Patented camber adjustment
  • CNC billet adjustable blocks
  • Fabricated & TIG welded lower arms
  • Front pivot polyurethane bushing with grease port
  • Rear pivot factory stock rubber bushing or optional FK spherical bearing
  • Increased caster designed in lower control arm for more tire clearance at pinch weld to run up to a 32″ tall tire. Will need to trim plastic fender in front of tire clearance
  • Increase handling and tire wear
  • Shock options: Bilstein B6 or King shocks
  • 2″ billet rear spacer block and 2 inch plated U-bolts
  • Hardware: 12 point grade 8/9 bolts
  • Rear bump stop spacers with hardware
  • Billet lower plate for camber adjustment bolt
  • Powder coated black for durability

Description

Same tried and true design but now with added features. This 2″ lift kit includes our NEW Gen 2 lower control arms which feature our unique Patented camber adjusting mechanism that allows you to dial in the camber for better handling and more even tire wear. In addition the Gen 2 lower control arms will now be available with either OEM bushings on the rear pivot, which provide a more factory ride as well, or an FK Uniball rear pivot for freer movement and reduced binding through the suspension’s range of motion.. The forward pivot now has a grease port and uses polyurethane bushings by ©ProBearing which have inner and outer grease grooves for smooth and silent performance. In addition, we have increased just the right amount of caster which also improves straight line stability and provides greater tire clearance for tires up to 32 inches at the rear pinch weld. This kit can be purchased with either Bilstein B6, or King suspension.
